The refined and discretely elegant lobby sets the tone. As soon as you step in, you are swept away into a space where nature and vegetation are the most striking features. The local flower and aromatic plant compositions punctuate the place. These stunningly graphic creations have been designed by the two talented florists, Abdel Krim and Abdel Moula. A wonderful panorama of the green, velvety carpet of the golf course and the imposing Atlas Mountains can be enjoyed throughout the hotel.
The restaurants of the hotel continue in the same vein. At Le Caravane, the French chef, Yann Meinsel recommends a delicious green-themed menu. As a first course, you may try the shells from Oualidia with rocket juice and confit tomato, followed by a chicken supreme topped with a champagne sabayon along with a spinach mille-feuille. The meal ends on a sweet note with a lemon and basil mousse with apple sorbet.
As for the bars, the temporary signature cocktail menu created by our head barman incorporates a selection of unique natural flavours: a Wasabi-flavoured Rum, a Cucumber Mojito, a Daisy Delight; a creation using vanilla-infused vodka, cucumber juice and ginger-flavoured soy milk. Fresh vegetable and fruit juices are also available for ‘juicing’ and detox enthusiasts!
Book a session at the Spa by Clarins for a revitalizing escape! A signature ritual will be offered; an almond body scrub followed by a purifying body wrap with green clay. To conclude, a deep massage will relieve your stress through applying warm compresses of healing aromatic herbs. A fresh feeling of renewal.
See you in June for a new theme and new wellness tips!
