All transfer vehicles are air conditioned
An infant- or child car seat replaces an adult passenger in all private transfer vehicles - please ensure the maximum passenger capacity of the transfer vehicle is not exceeded
Infant- and child car seats are not compatible with vehicles used for coach transfers; please amend your quoting criteria should a car seat be required
Only standard size suitcases are permitted within the luggage allowance as listed below

A pram, boxed bicycle or a set of golf clubs can take the place of a suitcase in a private transfer provided the maximum luggage capacity is not exceeded.

STANDARD TRANSFERS: No other baggage items may be substituted for a suitcase except for a pram. If luggage exceeds the standard coach allowance, transfers must be upgraded to private transfers.

PRIVATE TRANSFERS: A pram, boxed bicycle or a set of golf clubs may take the place of a suitcase. For boxed bicycles, the dimensions must be conveyed to our office prior to arrival.
Clients travelling with a wheelchair and/or any sporting equipment, other than the equipment listed, must please contact our office with the weight and dimensions of the item/s in order for us to confirm acceptance of the additional luggage item/s by our transferring agent
Should a specific model of vehicle be required for private transfers a 50% supplement per way applies and the vehicle model is on request at time of booking
